Join us for a fun night at Turner Field to network with members of the Atlanta Braves marketing team, as well as up-and-coming marketing professionals. We’ll start the night in the Golden Moon Casino patio to learn about what it’s like to work in Sports Marketing. Then we will enjoy food, drinks and the Braves game!

Tickets are just $15! You get one (1) ticket to the game, one (1) ticket to the pre-game mixer, food, drinks and a speaker from the Braves Social Media/Marketing team!

This is a great opportunity to network with Atlanta marketing professionals, other collegiate marketing majors, and with the Braves team! And it’s the last Braves game of the season- so come out and join us for some networking and baseball!

ScholzCommunications, an Atlanta-based PR and communications firm for creative sector lifestyle entrepreneurs and mission-based organizations, is seeking two fall interns with these characteristics and more.

Qualifications include:

  • Current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, advertising or other related field
  • Superior online research and organizational/reporting skills
  • Strong oral/written communication skills and previous internship involving project management
  • Keen understanding/interest in social media platforms as well as digital/traditional media outlets
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision and still meet deadlines

Atlanta Media Company Needs Events/Sales Support

Local media company focused on women’s advancement looking for Events/Sales Support person who can help with some admin/advertising metrics reporting and events – to grow into a leadership sales role working on prestigious accounts. Must be passionate about making a difference for women in business, accountable, assertive, ideally would be connected with decision-makers.

Salary: $25K plus commissions
Flexible Schedule

Specific Responsibilities:

Admin/Operations
Finding/interviewing/hiring/training interns, updating the email system etc, providing support and oversight for the rest of the team.. i.e. fielding questions

Ad/Sales Support
Maintaining advertising calendar that shows when/where what ads are running
Tracking/reporting advertising metrics to sales rep and/or clients
Creating and sending contracts/invoices when needed

Events
Overseeing events based on PINK process to make sure they run flawlessly and sponsors and attendees are happy. (Includes making sure venue is ready, overseeing registration/ticket and table sales, assure panelists show up and have all the info they need including questions/logistics, room reservations, AV, input on PR)
